1. Download the app in your iOS/Android-based smart phones
2. Sign-up an account using your e-mail address or mobile number
3. Top-up a refundable security deposit of ₱395.00 through your e-wallets
4. Scan QR Code on the machine to unlock a power bank
Open P-CHARGE App, tap on My Wallet, tap Unsubscribe to refund security deposit, and expect to receive refund within 3 to 5 working days. If the user didn't receive refund after 3 to 5 working days, he/she should send a request to a P-CHARGE customer representative.
The power bank has 3 built-in cables (Micro USB, Type C and iOS 8-pin)
It is compatible with any iPhone model released after the iPhone 5, Android phones and also any device supported by a Type C cable.
An account can borrow one power bank at a time
A user will be given 3 days to return the rented power bank. Failure to return the power bank to a P-CHARGE station will cause the power bank to be regarded as purchased. Security deposit of ₱395.00 will be forfeited. The power bank can be recharged with a standard Micro USB cable plugged into a wall outlet.
